I am writing to inform you that there is a band with the name All Bets
Off, which you must have been aware of because the domain was already claimed when you set up your profile on Myspace. The original All Bets Off has had a ten-year career which included the release of four LPs, three EPs, numerous tours, a sizable following, and a soon-to-be released DVD. I understand that you only recently changed your band name from Formatted To Fit to All Bets Off; so hopefully, it will not
be too much of an inconvenience for you to find another new name. We certainly wouldn't want confusion among the respective fans. I am
hopeful that you will rectify this situation before it becomes
problematic for both parties. Please respond to this email.

We would like to apologize to you if we had any disrespect. We didn't realize it or really look into it before this. We all get where you are coming from and understand that it was pretty shitty of us to send that last e-mail we ment know disrespect towards it. We have been getting hounded for it all day but still it was no excuse. Now that we realize who you are its more understandable. It suck for a shitty band like us tried to steal our name later on so we get it. We will change our name, and anything with your name on it. Again we would like to apologize for any inconvience we have brought to you and your fans. Trust me we saw how mad your fans were, you guys are pretty lucky to have a following like that.

I certainly hope your sentiment is genuine and not sarcastic. I'm
pretty confident that the former is the case and I thank you. I had no
idea you were hounded by people, nor did I encourage it. I mentioned
it only to a few folks because I was unsure of how to feel about the
situation. Part of my ambivalence was that I hate weird band conflicts like this. I assure you that my only concern was for the kids who care about us, not a creepy "music business" ego trip. I'm glad that we were able to resolve this with very little complication.

haha yeah I wasn't being a tool and we get it. I am taking a class on music buisness and am a music major (I dont write any of the music I promise you) and just finished reading about copy right and the poor mans copy right so I had a talk with everyone and told them whats up. Someone sent us the forum on hardcoremusic.com. Don't feel bad or anything we know we suck. We don't want the confusion of names either or to inturde on your bands legacy. So I am sorry truley and if your new band ramparts? right comes to colorado ever hit us up and we'll make sure to hook you up with some shows with some good bands.

considering the productive correspondence that your bandmate Ryan and I shared. I suppose this will be a little more complicated than
anticipated. I certainly hope that you reconsider your position
